All students will be expected to compete in this event (students may walk) unless a note is provided to the class teacher.
Permission not required for Prep – Year 3
There is a permission to complete for years 4-6 only as they will be leaving school grounds and running through Chiba Park
This form can be completed on Qparents or you can request a hardcopy from the office.
